We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Positions: Accounts Executive
  • First degree in Finance/Banking/Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting
  • Numerical Skill
  • Planning and Organizing Skill
  • Passionate about learning.
  • Computer/IT skill
  • Analytical thinking skill
  • Sound Communication skill (Writing and Oral)
  • Interpersonal skill
Basic Duties
The candidate will be involved in the following:
  • Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Profit and Loss statement
  • Assist in the monthly bank reconciliation
  • Be involve in the preparation of source documents for annual audit
  • Ensure bank statements are collected in agreed time
  • Remit funds to branches in order to ensure their processes run smoothly
  • Post entries into the bank account and ledgers so that cash liquidity can be determined at all times
  • Support the Finance and Accounts Manager to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll
  • Prepares invoices for clients and vendors
  • Follows up with outstanding payments from clients
  • Process cash and cheque requisitions
  • Oversee the disbursement of petty cash
  • Be involved in the preparation of elements of annual budget
  • Assist in the preparation of capitation and fee for service schedules
